Transform Your Off-Season Training 

How to set up the training week is one of the most common questions I get asked as a GAA S&C Coach. 

Where do I put my speed, gym and conditioning work? When do I take a rest? Can I do gym and pitch work on the same day? Or something to that effect. 

So with that, I've mapped out a few examples of how you can structure your training week to make sure you're covering everything from your Speed and Conditioning work through to your Strength work in the gym.
